as company secretary

Stuart Benge to lead commercial
property finance division

secretary, succeeding Zoe
Kubiak, who has retired aer
six years in the role.

than two decades of experience in
company secretarial and legal
roles across a range of sectors,
including the music
industry, financial services
and utilities.
Senior most recently
served as company secretary
at Virgin Money Investments

(VMI), where she played
a key role in supporting corporate
actions and governance reviews.
Senior will focus on upholding
the mutual’s commitment to high
standards of governance, and
supporting the board and executive
leadership team.
She said: “I am delighted to be

help to bring continued success to the

Benge will initially oversee the
